Cancellation, in plain language
You can cancel your subscription any time from Account → Plan & billing. Cancellation is soft: no further charges, full access through the end of your billing period, then back to the free Sprout plan — nothing is deleted. If anything about cancelling feels unclear, tell us in the form below.
